These terms govern your use of HotelGauge's software and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
You must have authority to connect any hotel data sources you link to the service.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and as intended. Don't attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or access data you're not authorized to access.
Plans, billing & cancellation
The Snapshot plan is free. Paid software plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled.
HotelGauge Direct services are governed by a separate order or statement of work, including any performance-based pricing.
You can cancel software plans at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
We own the software and our materials. You own your hotel's data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service provides analytics and recommendations to support your decisions; it does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in this section, and the service is provided on an 'as is' basis.
