Account information you provide, such as your name, work email, hotel name and role.
Hotel performance data you connect via read-only integrations with your PMS, channel manager, and advertising accounts.
Usage data about how you interact with the product, collected to improve reliability and experience.
How we use information
To provide revenue analytics and, where engaged, to deliver HotelGauge Direct marketing services.
To communicate with you about your account, including service and security notices.
To improve and secure the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Data sharing
We share data with subprocessors strictly to operate the service (for example, cloud hosting and analytics), under contractual data-protection obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.
